    Our SuperStarz teams competed at the Cheer Power Competition at Six Flags in Alington, TX, on Saturday, April 21st. We won first in the Junior Coed Division and second in the Youth Coed division.     Three of our tumblers were among the top award winners at the recent Talent on Parade Regional Dance Competition in Tulsa with solo dance routines that incorporate the tumbling they have been working on in SuperStarz classes. There were over 100 soloists from five states who competed in a variety of dance categories. These girls competed as part of the DreamCatcher's Dance Co. competition dance team.
    • Brooke Watkins 3rd overall 9-12 year old solos, and Top Stars award
    • Catrina Needham (in her first dance competition) earned 9th overall 9-12 year old solos, and a PowerHouse Judges' Choice Award*
    • Jalen Milligan earned 2nd overall 8 & under solos, an Energy Plus Judges' Choice Award*, and one of two dance scholarships awarded for 12 & under solos

      • *Only 10 judges choice awards were given for 12 & under solos

    These same dancing tumblers earned additional awards at the Dance Showcase USA competition in Oklahoma City March 2-4. This competition included dancers from four states and this time our girls competed with their solos as well as the DreamCatcher's group routines that also incorporate their SUPERSTARZ tumbling skills. Congratulations girls!

    The 11 & under SuperStarz cheer squad is off to a great start in their first year of competitions!
